Teguh means steadfast. We started the company after seeing too many half-built houses and too many families out of pocket. We build the other way round.
01 Our story
Seventeen years of finished houses
Hafizuddin Rahman worked as a site engineer for eight years before starting Teguh Bina in 2009 with two bricklayers and a borrowed lorry. In his first year he was called in to finish three houses that other builders had abandoned. The owners had paid up to 70% of the price for houses that were barely out of the ground.
That is why our contract is built around stage payments, joint inspections and weekly photo reports. Not because it is fashionable, but because it makes it nearly impossible for a project to go wrong without anyone noticing.
Today we are a team of 38 in Shah Alam, with our own bricklayers, steel fixers and carpenters, a draughtsman who handles approvals, and long-standing relationships with councils across Selangor. We have completed 64 homes, extensions and small commercial buildings, and we have never walked away from a site.

Site Supervisor
24 years in construction, from bricklayer to supervisor. Walks every site every morning and sends your Friday report. If something is wrong, he tells you first.

Draughtsman & Design Lead
Dip. Architecture, Politeknik. Draws our house designs and adapts them to your lot. Knows what the Selangor councils ask for and what they approve quickly.

A safe site is a tidy site, and a tidy site builds better. Safety is not a line in the price. It is how we start every morning.
