Cempaka is for families who want space without stairs. Four bedrooms sit along a central corridor, so the living area stays quiet and the bedrooms stay private. The master suite is at the front-left, with its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.

The wide living room faces the porch, which makes the house feel open when the doors are open. The two-car porch is part of the main roof, not an afterthought, so rain is never a problem when you carry in the shopping.

Cempaka needs a lot about 52 feet wide. If your plot is narrower, we can fold the plan into a double-storey version. Ask for Melur.
