Our largest design, a six-bedroom double-storey family house with a study, surau, family lounge and room to grow. Suits multi-generation households.

Dahlia is the house for a family that wants to stay together. A ground-floor bedroom and bathroom keep elderly parents close without stairs, while the first floor has five bedrooms around a landing and a family lounge.

The ground floor has a separate surau and a study that can be used as a home office. Both open off the dining and living areas, so there is room for open-house gatherings during Hari Raya.

Dahlia sits on a bigger lot and uses a heavier foundation. We always do a borehole soil test first so the piling design matches the ground and the contract includes the right allowance.
